Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Boura Home was built for people who don't want another complicated app. Annual Care Plan members can also have us set it up for them in person.
What phone do I need?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
How does requesting a visit work?
Tap "Request a visit" and tell us what it's for. We'll review it and send you available times within 24 hours. You choose the one that works.
Will Boura tell me to do something unsafe?
No. Boura only walks you through simple, safe tasks. For anything risky, like gas or electrical work, it will tell you to stop and have a professional handle it.
What happens to my photos?
